Refund Policy
GiftAlot shall provide a full refund if the package and product is undamaged and in its original condition. You must send us the Product in its original packaging at your own expense, along with the original invoice or at least the invoice number. The original delivery fee will not be refunded.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
If the client wishes to cancel a 10% handling fee will be charged. To return a product it will need to be undamaged and in its original packing and the return will be for the buyer’s account. The original delivery fee will not be refunded.
