• Delivery within South Africa takes 1-5 days, depending on location.
• Contact us for same-day or overnight delivery quotes. We will try our best to assist you.
• No deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
• We’ll arrange a substitute or refund if an item is out of stock.

Returns & Refunds

• Return or exchange items within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and original packaging.
• Provide proof of purchase for returns.
• Damaged items? We’ll collect and replace them.
• Incorrect size? You may return it at your own cost.

Refund Process

• We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
• Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
